The new build plot sits back from the main road in Swannington, Leicestershire.
The Keller Construction team developed and completed the 4-bed property that is situated in a half-acre paddock.
This was our first project featuring the R9 window, a composite alternative to timber windows.
The property designed by David Granger, was altered slightly in order to gain the very best configuration for the current market.
The property is heated by an air source heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
